Christian Louboutin goes techie…sort of.

Alright, alright. So I’m starting to not feel like the only girl who loves fashion and tech. However, I perhaps don’t think about mixing them as literal as YSL and Christian Louboutin has recently. 

With the recent announcement of the YSL (err, should I say SLP) and Facebook eye shadow quad, Christian Louboutin decided to see their $52 and raise them $1,695. Yikes, that’s an expensive bet. 

Christian Louboutin’s classic peep toe shoe has been covered in a techie pattern.  They describe the shoe as: 

“Her intricate satin & embroidery pattern was modeled after modern day computer code. Monsieur Louboutin turned an elaborate programming language into a geek chic pump this season and the results are simply stunning.”

The thing I love most is that Christian Louboutin copy writers seem to think what we are looking at here is ‘code’ rather than a circuit board. That’s ok CL, you can’t win them all but you certainly won my heart with these.
